Rank Submission Procedures

All ranks must be submitted following the instructions below. Begin by filling out the Google form at:

Teaching Assistant Rank

Rank submission process

Teaching Assistant ranks must have been completed within a 1-year period and submitted to the Board within 12 months of the completion of the final component of the rank.

Ranks are reviewed 3 times per year. Meeting dates will be scheduled sometime after the following submission dates: February 1st, June 1st, and October 1st. Any rank not received in full (including payment) by the meeting date will be considered for review following the next submission date.

Please complete the above Google form and email the following to cabasranks@gmail.com:

A cover letter to the CABAS® Professional Advisory Board requesting review that includes your current mailing and email addresses
A scanned copy of the rank with all required signatures
A letter of support from a CABAS® Behavior Analyst mentor or supervisor who was present during the completion of the majority of the rank and can attest your professional conduct during that time
Please submit payment of $25 via the PayPal link below

Teacher I and II

Rank submission process

Teacher ranks must have been completed within a 3-year period and submitted to the Board within 12 months of the completion of the final component of the rank.

Please complete the above Google form and email the following to cabasranks@gmail.com:

A cover letter to the CABAS® Professional Advisory Board requesting review that includes your current mailing and email addresses
A scanned copy of the rank with all required signatures
A letter of support from a CABAS® Behavior Analyst mentor or supervisor who was present during the completion of the majority of the rank and can attest your professional conduct during that time
Please submit payment of $50 via the PayPal link below

Master Teacher rank

Rank Submission Process

Master Teacher ranks must have been completed within a 3-year period and submitted to the Board within12 months of the completion of the final component of the rank.

Ranks are reviewed 3 times per year. Submission dates each year are February 1st, June 1st, and October 1st. Any rank not received in full (including payment) by the submission date will be considered for review following the next submission date.

A cover letter to the CABAS® Professional Advisory Board requesting review that includes your current mailing and email addresses
A scanned copy of the rank with all required signatures
A letter of support from a CABAS® Behavior Analyst mentor or supervisor who was present during the completion of the majority of the rank and can attest your professional conduct during that time
Please submit payment of $125 via the PayPal link below

NOTICE: All Teacher ranks (Teacher I, Teacher II, and Master Teacher) must be completed within a 3-year time period and submitted to the Board within 3 months of the final signature. All rank submissions must be the current rank.

Behavior Analyst and Research Scientist

Rank Submission Process

Behavior Analyst and Research Scientist ranks must be submitted to the Board within 12 months of the completion of the final component of the rank.

Please complete the above Google form and email to cabasranks@gmail.com:

A cover letter to the CABAS® Professional Advisory Board requesting review that includes your current email and mailing addresses.
A Table of Contents containing APA-style references and/or annotated bibliography detailing each component of the rank, along with permanent products for each component OR a brief description and/or rationale for each component. This must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
A letter of support from a CABAS® Behavior Analyst mentor or supervisor who was present during the completion of the majority of the rank and can attest your professional and ethical conduct during that time. The letter of support also needs to provide support or agreement for the completion of each component of the rank.
